Shipment processing time

Due to the handmade nature of our goods we try to process all orders within 20 business days, although during exceptionally busy times this can be extended, but we will always keep you appraised should any delays occur.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

*Free shipping only applies to the United Kingdom, MOD90 Designs will always strive to get your purchases to you in a timely fashion, however the postal services are beyond our control and delays to the advertised delivery windows are subject to change.

 

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Please get in contact ahead of placing an order for PO, APO and FPO addresses

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

As soon as your item has shipped, you will recieve both a shipping confirmation email and also a tracking number

Customs, duties, and taxes

MOD90 Designs is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

MOD90 Designs is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
